Ben Beisswenger Founder
Ben helps leaders close the gap between what their organizations aspire to and how they actually work.
His experience spans technology leadership at Doris Duke Foundation, Emerson Collective, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, with work across finance, people, programs, legal, and operations.
A Dartmouth-trained engineer, Ben designs and builds products around the people who use them. He leads projects through implementation and adoption, and helps teams develop the judgment and confidence to keep improving them.
